CANDYTUFT

CANDYTUFT

Candytuft, Iberis, is any of several small perennial and annual herbs, native to Europe, that belong to the mustard family, Cruciferae. The perennial species are typically evergreen and somewhat woody near the base. Many species have white flowers, but a number of varieties and hybrids have been developed with purple or crimson flowers. Candytufts are commonly used in rock gardens or as edging plants.
